When can I pick up my order?
First off, you should receive an email confirmation that your order was received. After that, please wait until you receive an email and/or text that your order is ready for pickup, regardless of the pickup time you scheduled when you placed your order. At the present time, pickups are running pretty much on time. So, if you can pick up your order reasonably close to your scheduled time, we would appreciate it. You can also check the status of your order in the online webstore. If it's more than two hours after your scheduled pickup time and you haven't heard anything, please email email@example.com.
How do I modify or cancel my order?
If you are registered in the webstore, you can cancel your order in the webstore. Otherwise, if you'd like to cancel, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Once you have placed your order, you cannot make any changes in the online webstore. If you'd like to add a few items to your order, you may send an email to email@example.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request. If you would like to add more than a few items, then please place another order. Unfortunately, we're unable to merge orders, but will do our best to have both of your orders ready at the same time. If there are other modifications you'd like to make to your order, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Can I order items that I don't see in the webstore?
You may request items that you don't see in the online store by sending an email to email@example.com. We will do our best to fulfill your request. Also, if you don't see the item you would like, it's helpful to use the search bar. We are adding new items to the webstore every day.
Do I need to register in order to place an order?
No, but it will make things easier when you place future orders, as it will be easier to reorder items that have previously been requested. In addition, it will make it possible to check your order status online.
How do I pay for my order?
You can pay either online when you place your order, or when you come to pick up your order. It does expedite the process for everyone if you are able to prepay. Your credit card is not charged based on what you ordered. Rather, it is charged based on what you actually receive. If you have a Provisions Card, your discount will be applied at pickup. It never hurts to remind our staff that you have a card.
